Pu-erh Teas are considered one of the best tea gifts from the gardens of Mother Earth. Pu-erh is a fermented tea after undergoing an extra step beyond that of green tea, and the end result of so satisfying.

Whereas Green Tea is finished after drying, Pu-erh undergoes one of two stages; further aging, or a step called wet piling. Wet piling is a step unique to Pu-erh as the tea undergoes microbial fermentation.

Pu-erh tea while available as a loose leaf tea, is often pressed into a shape, commonly a brick or ball. The process historically would take an average of 5-15yrs to create Pu-erh tea. However within the past century, these breakthroughs have been made to create this tea in several months.
