English Breakfast Tea is quite possibly one of the most widely known types of black tea in the world. Its required origin is not concrete, and over the years English Breakfast Teas have come from numerous growing regions from Kenya to Ceylon.
This tea carries the name "breakfast tea" because it has traditionally been enjoyed after a heavy traditional full English Breakfast to help settle the stomach after enjoying heavy foods.
English Breakfast is an extremely bold black tea, with a heavy body and tangy finish. A beautiful loose leaf tea, great for a breakfast tea, or after any heavy meal.
Each tin is ½ cup volume giving you .75 to 1.5 ounces of tea depending on tea leaf density. This gives you approx 16-18 servings of each tea, or plenty enough servings to discover what you love.
